Mr. Rogers is the CEO of Rogers Company, Inc. a founding
member firm of Housing Solutions a consulting consortium
providing integrated solutions today to meet tomorrows housing
needs. He is an energetic, highly creative and organized real estate
professional with a hands-on approach to getting projects accomplished.
Two decades of experience ranging from architecture and construction
to finance and real estate development is effectively utilized
to realize economic objectives and maximize project performance.
Mr. Rogers has worked with public and private entities on large
urban development projects throughout the United States, managing
entire projects; coordinating concept development, public and private
financing, land acquisition, design, planning, engineering and construction
activities, as well as formulating public consensus for projects.
In 1988, Rogers established his own firm, providing special-case
management solutions to property owners; directing the resolution
of a myriad of critical project issues, including governmental approvals,
individual parcel development, contract negotiations and extensions,
financing; and in many cases, re-establishing owner/developer control
of, and schedules for, development projects already underway. Mr.
Rogers has performed as Project Manager/Developer for two of HUD's
Urban Revitalization Demonstration (URD/HOPE VI) projects in Detroit,
Michigan and Springfield, Illinois. Both URD Revitalization Plans
have surpassed HUDs New Urbanism planning goals alleviating
the polarization of low-income people through housing types. Rogers
also has extensive experience as an Owner Representative and consulting
Real Estate Developer for a variety of other clients, providing
preliminary analysis, programming, site selection, and coordination
of design, financing and construction activities.

Dr. Nutt-Powell is the President of Capital Needs Unlimited which
is a founding member firm of Housing Solutions - a consulting consortium
providing integrated solutions today to meet tomorrow's housing
needs. Dr. Nutt-Powell is a nationally renowned planning professional
with over three decades of experience in the public, assisted and
conventional housing markets, in both the US and abroad. During
this period, Dr. Nutt-Powell has been engaged in professional practice,
teaching and research. His more recent activities have focused on
practical solutions to complex problems, notably in the areas of
multi-family housing, capital needs and strategic planning.
In 1994, Dr. Nutt-Powell founded the firm of Capital Needs Unlimited,
focused on developing and implementing practical solutions for the
complex problems facing public housing agencies and private property
managers. Dr. Nutt-Powell's expertise is sought by a diverse group
of clients. His recent activities have seen him assisting such housing
agencies as Detroit, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Springfield, Atlanta,
Chester, East St. Louis and Chicago.
Of particular note, Dr. Nutt-Powell serves as the Project Director
for the Villages at Parkside HOPE VI development in Detroit. Under
the Implementation Grant of $47.6 million, Dr. Nutt-Powell is responsible
for coordinating all facets of project implementation, including
serving as Owner's Representative for A&E Oversight, developing
all financing plans, implementing interim and long-term management
for the 4 financially-autonomous Villages at the new Parkside, establishing
the Services Endowment Fund and such. Funding for these services
is in part from syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Services
also include creating and administering the home ownership program
with a target of 350 homes in 2 1/2 years, with home buyer and home
maintenance training and support a key component. Dr. Nutt-Powell
also headed the team which developed the HOPE VI plan for the Hay
Homes in Springfield and conducted Physical Needs Assessments for
US AID of Bulgaria's housing stock.
Dr. Nutt-Powell has published numerous articles and papers on
the subject of housing and frequently speaks before general and
professional audiences. He has served on the faculty of MIT's School
of Architecture and Planning, where he headed the Master in City
planning (MCP) program. He also directed the Manufactured Housing
Research Program of the Harvard-MIT Joint Center for Urban Studies.
He has served on the Board of Governors of the American Institute
of Planners.

Mr. Hall has been engaged in the health care industry for over
twenty years with progressive, responsible experience in the health
care industry. He has been the administrator of three long term
care facilities, and held various upper management positions in
health care including Regional Director of Respiratory Care Services,
Cardiopulmonary Supervisor, Pulmonary Laboratory Operations Manager,
and Regional Director of Marketing.
Mr. Hall is past President of Heartland Assisted Living, Inc.
He Developed, built, and managed a $4.4 million dollar assisted
living facility. Provided technical direction for the conceptual
design and layout. Initiated and implemented management company,
designed all policies and procedures, and directed marketing functions.
Mr. Hall background includes health care consultanting for Arthur
Clark Associates, Inc., a well recognized Kansas City health care
consultant agency. He successfully consulted with long term care
and assisted living providers on regulatory compliance, operations
management, project feasibility, and Medicare reimbursement. His
has done extensive work with: market research, feasibility studies,
subacute care operations, ventilator care unit management, demographic
analysis, and statistical analysis for long term care operations.
Of particular note, Mr. Hall is a Member of LifeCare Advisory
Council - a group of professionals involved in the healthcare industry
who are dedicated to promoting environments that embrace health
and improve the quality of life. Mr. Hall is also the Current treasurer
and co-founder of the Kansas Assisted Living Association (ALFA-KAN),
an advocacy group to monitor and respond to pending legislation,
increase state funding for providers, and provide staff training
and certification to ensure consumer choice and quality of life
for seniors.

Mr. Hall has earned a Master of Business Administration degree in
Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA, a M.A. degree
in Public Health from Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant,
MI, and a B.A. degree in Health Care Administration from Avila College,
Kansas City, MO.
